⚡️the Emir of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Sheikh Hibatullah Akhundzada has issued instructions to his state officials:
1. Security is not achieved through harshness or by causing many deaths; rather, true security lies in the implementation of Sharia and justice.
2. The people of Afghanistan have suffered greatly; therefore, you must value them, serve them, and listen to their cries. If we forget them today, that would be disloyalty and injustice, which do not befit a Mujahid.
3. No one should be harmed unjustly. If someone is detained, proper investigation must be done beforehand to ensure that no false complaint has been made and that they are not punished severely for a minor offense. Be careful not to wrong anyone.
4. Privilege and distinction should be based on piety, competence, and trustworthiness.
5. If someone is in need and you become aware of it, reach out to help them. Do not discriminate based on who they are or where they are from.
6. This era will pass; we must strive to leave behind for future generations a good history, sound regulations, and strong principles.
7. Encourage people to follow Islamic rulings and good morals. Motivate them through persuasion rather than unnecessary force, coercion breeds hatred, while encouragement fosters friendship and sincerity.
8. Strive to preserve the religious customs and lawful habits of the Jihad era, as well as the practices of learning and teaching religion, so that they are not lost or forgotten.
9. Maintain a close connection with the Holy Quran at least recite it once daily.
10. Do not become overjoyed with high positions, nor disheartened when removed from them. Do not attach your hearts to worldly ranks or offices.
11. Take lessons from the disgraced figures of previous eras. Avoid actions and behaviors that lead to infamy or suspicion. Instead, embody the morals and character of the righteous predecessors (the pious early generations). rather than unnecessary force, coercion breeds hatred, while encouragement fosters friendship and sincerity.
